We send a written estimate before any treatment that isn't a routine checkup. If something changes during the visit, we stop and talk to you first.
What a first visit usually costs
A first visit (exam, gentle cleaning, fluoride) typically lands between $95 and $185 before insurance, depending on age and what your child is ready for. Many plans cover this twice a year at no out-of-pocket cost.

Don't see your plan? Call us. We're often able to file as an out-of-network provider and still get most of your costs covered.
What we can tell you before an exam
- Whether we're in-network for your plan.
- The fee for a standard exam, cleaning, and fluoride.
- Our typical fees for sealants, fillings, and X-rays.
- Whether your plan typically covers them at this age.
What we can't tell you without an exam
Payment plans & assistance
For larger treatment plans, we offer in-house monthly payment splits at 0% for up to 6 months, and we accept CareCredit. If cost is a barrier to needed care, please tell us — we'll find a way to make it work.
Cancellations
We don't charge for cancellations. We do ask for as much notice as you can give so another family can use the slot.
